This service contract not only includes preventative maintenance visits and training of your operators, but also guarantees a level of response time giving you first priority should an issue occur.

 

We guarantee a 48 hour turnaround time on all non-emergency service calls, and a 7 hour turnaround time on all “emergency” service calls, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year excluding major holidays.

 

So if you have a problem with a system Sunday morning and need it repaired by Sunday night, just give us a call. If we can’t fix it on the spot, the fastest and best method to get you up and running is often to replace a defective component immediately with a free loaner while yours is in for repair.
